Rename the theme folder from GeneratePress to GeneratePress-old
Rename the plugins folder to plugins-old
Delete the folders wp-includes and wp-admin
Download the latest version of WordPress
Upload the folders wp-includes and wp-admin
Upload all the wp files of the root
Then Login at wp-admin
Clear the cache

Als je site redirect
Als je toegang hebt tot je database, in wp_options tabel, zoek naar home en site url, deze zal vermoedelijk zijn aangepast, waardoor je site redirect, wijzig die terug. Je zou dan weer toegang moeten hebben.
